MEMBERSHIP
EXECUTIVE BOARD
The LDP Executive Board is made up of six elected officers who assume the following roles: President, Vice President of the Leadership Institute, Vice President of Recruitment and Retention, Vice President of Programming, Vice President of Finance, and Vice President of Administration.
FACILITATORS
Facilitators are members who strive to better their public speaking skills through delivering workshops to TCNJ organizations, as well as middle school and high school students. Each semester, the existing LDP facilitators recruit and select new facilitators through its formal application and interview process. After new facilitators have been selected, they are trained by the Leadership Institute.
COMMITTEE CHAIRS
Committee Chairs are elected members of LDP who oversee one of the committees: Fall Leadership Retreat (FLR), Leadership Lock Up (LLU), Social, and Fundraising. Chairs are selected by the executive board, through an application and interview process.
GENERAL MEMBERS
Anybody can be a member of LDP! As an active general board member, members attend weekly meetings, have the right to vote in elections, take active roles in retreats and conferences, and sit on a committee.
